Free Flip Image – how it works
Flip Image mirrors a photo or graphic horizontally (left-right) or vertically (top-bottom) entirely inside your browser. A horizontal flip creates a mirror image — useful for reversing text watermarks, matching a reference image to a mirrored layout, or creating symmetry effects. A vertical flip inverts top-to-bottom.
Processing uses the browser's Canvas API. The source image is decoded, drawn to a mirrored canvas, and encoded in your chosen output format. No image data is uploaded.
Both flip directions can be combined in sequence: flip horizontal, then flip vertical, to achieve a 180° rotation equivalent.
How to use Flip Image online
- Upload your image. Drop a JPG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC image into the tool, or click to browse.
